Having originally learned photography through the lens of a film camera, Chelsea cultivated her skills on a difficult and unforgiving platform; giving her experience that will elevate your photos in a way that not many others can.

Quality and consistency.

Out of her love for editing photos, Chelsea also works as a Private Photo Editor for Wedding Photographers across the country. Her eye for detail means that your gallery will be beautifully consistent from image to image.

OUR PROCESS

YOUR EXPERIENCE

Inquire

Get in touch and make sure all your questions are answered. We understand this is an important investment. Once your contract is signed, you can expect to receive an invoice for payment of the “retainer fee” to hold your date.

Plan

It’s a date! We suggest giving yourself about a month to plan if possible. Don’t stress. Chelsea can help you with location and wardrobe planning. Pinterest is your best friend for ideas on coordinating your look. Session times vary, but most portrait sessions will start about an hour before sunset.

Prep

We suggest families come with bellies full or snacks for hungry kiddos. Do you have a family pet? Bring them! We LOVE including animals in our sessions! Familiarize yourself with the location of your session if you’re not already to help make travel directions one less thing to stress about the day of.

Session

Try your best to arrive 15 minutes before your session begins to allow for last-minute prep and a little chit chat to get comfortable with one another. Our time together will last approximately 1-2 hours depending on which package you’ve invested in.

Gallery

Galleries for portrait sessions will be delivered within 2 weeks and 4-6 weeks for wedding galleries. Your gallery will never expire, but we suggest making sure to download images to a device for safe keeping.

Chelsea has spent years developing idealistic packages that would serve the needs of most clients very well. As much as we would love to create custom packages to meet every client’s exact needs, we simply just do not offer that service right now. We do, however, work with local churches, organizations, and charities to serve families in need. Please reach out to us for more details.

Absolutely! Sessions and weddings within a half hour radius of Sandpoint, Idaho will be included in the pricing listed above. Additional travel fees may be applied for longer distances. Destination weddings that require flights and lodging will be at the expense of the client.

For weddings, it’s come rain or come shine. With all other portrait sessions (including but not limited to Families, Seniors, Maternity, Engagement, and Bridal), we always make sure to select a date that would allow time for rescheduling if bad weather or sickness were to occur.
